Life Time Athletic Country Club Ground Breaking

Herriman City recently joined community partners in celebrating the groundbreaking of a new Life Time Athletic Country Club, a 103,000 square-foot facility planned for the northeast corner of 12600 South and Mountain View Corridor.

Scheduled for completion in 2027, the facility will offer a wide range of health, wellness, and recreational amenities, including fitness equipment, group classes, training and recovery spaces, an outdoor pool, and pickleball courts. The project represents a significant addition to Herriman’s growing portfolio of recreational opportunities for residents.

This location will be Life Time’s second in Utah and the first new facility in the state in nearly 20 years. Its development reflects continued investment in the area and provides expanded options for residents seeking high-quality fitness and wellness experiences.
