2. Prepare Your Details: Have your water bill handy. You will need your 1) account number 2) your full name, and 3) your street address. Enter your name and address exactly as it appears on your bill.  For example, if you live at 5355 West Main Street, but your bill lists "5355 W Main St.", enter "5355 W Main St."
