Community Room Rentals

Community Room A 4-hour minimum

  • Mon–Fri (except Wed): 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Sat–Sun: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Weekday: 

  • Resident: $100/hr
  • Non-Resident: $200/hr

Weekend:

  • Resident: $150/hr or $1,500/day
  • Non-Resident: $250/hr or $2,000/day

Deposits

  • Weekday: $200 (Resident), $400 (Non-Resident)
  • Weekend: $300 (Resident), $500 (Non-Resident)
  • Key Deposit: $50

  • 6 round tables (48") 
  • 24 rectangular tables (60" × 24")

  • Resident: $150/hr
  • Non-Resident: $300/hr

Weekend:

  • Resident: $200/hr or $2,000/day
  • Non-Resident: $350/hr or $2,500/day

  • Weekday: $200 (Resident), $400 (Non-Resident)
  • Weekend: $300 (Resident), $500 (Non-Resident)
  • Key Deposit: $50

  • Resident: $50/hour
  • Non-Resident: $75/hour

Deposits

  • Rental Deposit: $100
  • Key Deposit: $50

Additional Information

Room Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the event date: Full refund minus $25 admin fee.
  • Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date: 50% refund of rental fee.
Insurance Requirements
  • Events with 50+ attendees may require a certificate of insurance.
Use Restrictions
  • Rooms may not be rented for commercial or revenue-generating purposes.
Cleaning & Setup
  • Renters are responsible for all setup and cleanup.
  • Rooms must be returned to original condition.
A/V Support
  • If using A/V equipment, call 801-446-5323 before your event to schedule training with IT.
  • Note: IT staff are not available after hours.
Key Pickup
  • Keys must be picked up before your event during business hours: Mon–Fri: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • After-hours key pickup is not available.
Blackout Dates

Room rentals are not available on the following days:
