Citywide Cleanup
WFWRD Seasonal Container Program
Herriman City will not hold a separate spring cleanup this year. Instead, residents will be served through Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling District’s seasonal container program in May.
Container delivery dates are based on your city zone. Please refer to your mailed postcard and look for the card that matches your postcard zone.

Where: Butterfield Park; west parking lot (14200 S 6400 W (enter from 6400 West))
Please note the RV dump at Butterfield Park will be closed from.
Herriman City is providing a complimentary fall cleanup waste disposal event for residents for a limited time. Please be prepared to show proof of current Herriman residency with your name and address. Limit two (2) loads per residence, postcard will be required for entry.
Accepted: green waste
- Tree limbs under 12" thick
- Brush trimmings
Accepted: general household garbage, furniture, & some appliances
Accepted appliances:
- Washers
- Dryers
- Dishwashers
- Ranges
- Flatscreen televisions
- Mattress and/or box spring (one per postcard)
Prohibited items
- Refrigerators
- Freezers
- Pesticides/herbicides
- Explosives
- Paint/stain
- Tires
- Batteries
- Dirt/sod
- Asbestos
- Dead animals
- Tools or equipment with small engines (lawnmowers, trimmers, chainsaws, etc.)
- Hazardous waste
- Auto fluids such as oil, transmission fluid, antifreeze
- Household chemicals
Requirements
- Show proof of Herriman residency (driver's license or utility bill)
- Postcard is required for entry (maximum two loads)
- No vehicles larger than 1-ton pickup with trailer
- Please be patient with extended wait times
- Loads with prohibited items will be turned away
- Loads not adhering to the requirements will be turned away
