Water Information

Billing statements go out on or around the 10th of each month and are due on the last day of the month. We bill one month behind for the water usage, base rate fee and the park fee.  A delinquency charge is assessed on the second day after the due date in the amount of 1.5% of the delinquent balance.

A $200.00 deposit is required for all water accounts. The deposit will be returned after 24 consecutive months with no more than 2 delinquencies. The $200.00 deposit will appear on your first billing statement.   We will exempt your $200.00 deposit if we receive a letter from your previous water account holder that demonstrates less than 2 delinquencies on your previous water account. You will be given two weeks from today’s date to submit the letter.
