Planning and Zoning
Planning. Balance. Quality of life.
Scam alert:
Applicants have reported receiving emails or text messages that appear to represent Herriman City's Planning & Zoning Department, requesting or demanding payment. While Herriman City legitimately requests payment for land use applications heard by the Planning Commission, these fraudulent emails or texts demanding payment via a link are phishing attempts and a known nationwide problem. Please ignore them and do not wire, mail, Venmo, or otherwise transfer money.
Herriman City will send you an invoice by email and request that you call the Customer Service Department at 801-446-5323 to make a payment over the phone. You may also deliver a check in person at the city hall.
If in doubt, take a moment to call the Planning & Zoning Department directly at 801-727-0914 to speak with a staff member to verify requests.
A new Master Fee Schedule has been adopted effective July 1, 2026. View the Master Fee Schedule.
