Paying Fines
Court fines must be paid on time. Failure to pay a fine on time, even for a minor traffic or parking ticket, may result in delinquent fees being added and a warrant being issued for your arrest.
You may pay your fine in person, over the phone, or online for the following charges:
- Non-moving or moving traffic violations
- Expired driver’s license
- Expired registration
- Minor equipment violations
You must contact the court if you have one of the following violations:
- Mandatory court appearance
- Speeding in a school zone
- Driving with a suspended driver license
- No insurance/no proof of insurance
- Criminal violations
Payment options
In person: You may pay your fine by coming to the customer service desk at the city hall (5355 West Herriman Main Street) Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You may pay with cash or a credit card.
By phone: You may call 801-446-5323 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and pay your fine with a credit card.
