Real Vista Drive

Widen the existing intersection at Real Vista Drive and Mountain Corridor, including new full-depth pavement, pavement milling and overlay, curb, gutter, ADA ramps, and asphalt sidewalk.  Jack and bore 70 linear feet 36” steel casing. Install 54 linear feet 18” HP Pipe.  Install 348 linear feet 24” HP Pipe. Install 115 linear feet 30” HP Pipe.  Install a traffic signal system.  Install signing and striping.

Bidders may obtain Contract Documents through the Utah Public Procurement Site (U3P) by clicking on the link “For Vendors” at http://purchasing.utah.gov/.  There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held at Herriman City Hall on December 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM, and the Bid Opening will be held on December 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM.

6000 West Road Widening Phase 1

Herriman City is seeking bids for the 6000 West Road Widening Phase 1 project. The scope of the project includes widening of 6000 West from Silver Sky to Herriman Blvd with 41 feet wide asphalt, new curb and gutter, sidewalk, parkstrip, and associated landscape and irrigation improvements. The project also includes a new 15-inch sewer, 16-inch secondary waterline, and 24-inch storm drain main. The bidding process will be managed through the Utah Public Procurement Place website. Bidders may obtain Contract Documents by visiting “View Purchasing Information” at http://purchasing.utah.gov/. These documents will be made available on the website on Tuesday, December 16th, 2025, at 4:00 pm. A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 7th, 2025, at 3:00 pm at City Hall, and the Bid Opening will be on Thursday, January 22nd, 2026, at 3:00 pm at the Herriman City Hall.

Surplus Items

Vehicles and equipment will be disposed of in a manner that will maximize resale value and minimize surplus time.  As vehicles and equipment are approved for surplus, value will be established.  Herriman City will then post the surplus vehicles or equipment for sale.  Bids are then submitted in a closed bid form. Generally, bids will be awarded to the highest bid and to get the best return for the City.  All vehicles and equipment are sold in an “as is” “where is” “it is” in all respects without any warranty of any kind.

The Herriman City Audit Report for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, has been completed and is available to the public. Unclaimed property

The Herriman City Police Department is currently storing various items of unclaimed property. The stored items include bicycles, electronic devices, tools, backpacks, clothing, pet accessories, jewelry, and other miscellaneous items. To claim a stored item, ownership must be established through receipts, and/or a detailed description.  Any property, currently stored by the Herriman City Police Department, that is not claimed within 10 days of this notice will be auctioned or destroyed. Contact the Herriman City Police Department’s Evidence unit at 801-871-3535 for questions or further assistance. 

These items are set to be destroyed on February 25th, 2026.
