Certain projects and items receive Herriman City approval through administrative processes rather than legislative—i.e. internally through City staff to ensure compliance with codes and contracts rather than being voted on by the City Council. Administrative approvals are subject to public appeal. Recent administrative approvals are listed below.

How to appeal

If you wish to appeal an administrative approval, email planning@herriman.gov to begin the process.
