Can I park on the road when it's snowing?

Herriman City ordinance prohibits parking on the side of the street with odd addressing when it is snowing or there is snow on the street between November 1 and April 1. City code §6-5-5A

Can I park my vehicle for more than 24 hours?

Herriman City ordinance prohibits parking vehicles on a public street for more than 24 hours at a time.

Campers, RVs, and trailers may not be parked on the street unless they are being actively loaded or unloaded for no longer than 12 hours. City code §6-5-5B City code §6-5-12

Can vehicles block driveways?

No. Parking a vehicle that blocks a driveway or is within five feet of a driveway is prohibited. City code §6-5-1

Can I park in front of a mailbox or fire hydrant?

No. Parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant or within 10 feet of a mailbox is prohibited. City code §6-5-1

Can I park my vehicle opposite of traffic flow?

No. A vehicle may not be parked facing opposite the flow of traffic. City code §6-5-1
